Introduction

Technological advances and evolving changes. The way of development and transformation of society is fast and complex than any past generation. Which affect the development in every field. Whether it is economic. Social and political as well as education. This is a key process in developing human resources. If human resource potential and wisdom that Will result in the development of various growth and progress. And most importantly, if the will of the education system to be stable and drives human resource potential, intelligence and wisdom that is the effective of education system. The effective of education system that it must continue to submit to the knowledge between instructors and learners (Knowledge senders and recipients of knowledge) . This issue is most important in the transmission of knowledge that requires good communication between the teaching and learning. Whether normal teaching or teaching online (eLearning) that essential process will require forwarding knowledge transfer or knowledge. And without that communication channels are effective reliable and no distortion information (Knowledge) before people get to know or learn that. By Sender of knowledge or instructor need to have the integration of communications to increase the effectiveness of learning or transfer knowledge. If the process of transfer knowledge or communication between instructors with learner no effect and lack of performance. And learner can not recognize the information or information are not valid. May be predicate that inefficient communication systems and lack of credibility and we may be predicate that "Knowledge is not wisdom" and will cause "Intellectual crisis".

Definitions of Communication
There are many definitions of communication that approach to create understanding and who will communicate and to receive them. Such as, any act by which one person gives to or receives from another person information about that person's needs, desires, perceptions, knowledge, or affective states. Communication may be intentional or unintentional, may involve conventional or unconventional signals, may take linguistic or non-linguistic forms, and may occur through spoken or other modes (National Joint Committee for the Communicative Needs of Persons with Severe Disabilities, 1992, p. 2). In simple terms, communication can be defined as actions whereby 'actors' impart information to one another. Communication does not have to involve language and does not have to be vocalized. Deaf people often communicate through gestures. Baby's communicate basic wants through crying. Communication does not have to be intended. When we become emotionally aroused we often unintentionally communicate our intense feelings to others through subtle shifts in body language, physiological changes and even pheromones. We used the word actors in our definition because animals can communicate with each other and with us. A cat can demand dinner just as forcefully as any human. (http://education.newarchaeology.com) Every individual needs to be well equipped with the tools to communicate effectively, whether it is on the personal front, or at work. In fact, according to the management gurus, being a good communicator is half the battle won. After all, if one speaks and listens well, then there is little or no scope for misunderstanding. Thus, keeping this fact in mind, the primary reasons for misunderstanding is due to inability to speak well, or listen effectively. Communication skills includes lip reading, finger-spelling, sign language; for interpersonal skills use, interpersonal relations. Communication skills is the ability to use language (receptive) and express (expressive) information. Communication skills is the set of skills that enables a person to convey information so that it is received and understood. Communication skills refer to the repertoire of behaviours that serve to convey information for the individual. (http://www.communicationskills.co.in) Most dictionaries and basic textbooks define communication basically as the act of sending messages or, more specifically as a sender transmitting messages through channels to one or more receivers. Very few textbooks, if any, would define communication as a two-way process not used exclusively to send message or pass information, but to explore, discover and generate knowledge and consensus. And yet, the semantic root of the word communication is the same as in communion and community and it is about sharing. Although the communication will have various definition and have similar meanings. One thing that surely must occur in the process of communication is interactive between sender and receiver (Instructor and learner) and most important is satisfaction of both parties that will effective communications.

The source is the person or group or organization sending out the message or information.
Information: The message is given out in some sort of medium - this is the means by which the message is sent. This can be either:
• Oral - spoken
• Via electronic means - e-mail, fax or through the Web for example
• Telephone
• Paper based - letter, memo, scribbled note, poster etc.
• Image/visual
• Sound
• Silent communication - smell, touch, body language, colour, how letters or numbers are presented.

The Receiver - the person, group or organisation that is receiving the information.
Feedback - The source will not know whether the communication that they have sent has been successful unless they receive some feedback in the form of some action or changed behaviour.
Communication is combined with interactive activities between senders and recipients (Instructor and learner) of means of communication to occur must have is sender (Instructor/source builder) , messages (Information) ,Media (Channel) , Receiver (learner) and feedback (Reflection, Respond)
When everything are fully ready, next should be carry out the following processes that :
Message Design by message may require the encryption of the message depending on the type or types of substances. Message sent to the recipient by channel media depending on the type or types of substances. Message Sent to the recipient destination and realize the message recipients is sent and then will occur interaction process that satisfaction of both parties that will effective communications.
In eLearning, Learning education through the Internet computer network (Internet) or an intranet (Intranet) is to learn by themselves. Learner will learn the capabilities and interests of their. One important of is communication channels which are very important as a communication channel that the instructor and learner to interaction need to rely on the telecommunications infrastructure. Although, Instructor (sender) and learner (receiver) will be ready to participation. If the telecommunications infrastructure have problem or unstable. The information (message/eLearning content) is forwarded the problems too.
Cases of communication Model (eLearning)
e-Learning or online learning education through the Internet computer network (Internet) or an intranet (Intranet) is to learn by themselves. Learner will learn the capabilities and interests of their. The content of lessons, (message) including text images, audio, video and other multimedia will be sent to via the Web Browser with the teaching and learning. Anyone can contact instructor to exchange ideas by channel media (e-mail, web-board, chat) is for learner that can be learn all the time anywhere (Learn for all : anyone, anywhere and anytime).

Interactive Communication
In the VDO Conference.
Learner can interact with the instructors (Interactive Communication) using a tool called System VDO Conference of learning in the VDO Conference is learning long distance point-to point. Multi-point and at the same time. A point that can be defined simultaneously with a speed and can see all on the same screen. Segmenting the study is not a problem. Because this system can be taught various subjects at the same time. It can work in a manner different bit rate in data transmission.

Live broadcasting on demand
Live (Live Broadcast) via the internal network (LAN) and image signal Voice and to have a Workstation with a style of Web Based. Program can the image and media decoding audio supports different bandwidth use at the same time can increase or reduce the categories of media editing. Details or make changes to descriptions are even links to other media such as in the media in the form of MPEG or Real Media (Real Video, Real Audio and Real Presentation), ScreenCam them files or JPEG, DOC. XLS, and we can put into the system automatically. Meanwhile, can also create media files from HTML, JPG, GIF, and others can link to the broadcast channel. The links will need to know the channel name. File name or reference of any such broadcast. Create a questionnaire and collecting statistics and opinions of the users (Poll) are an important part. We can create the questionnaire can edit, copy and delete open inquiry. Or even view statistics of the respondents. Can generate information that can include pictures and text questions. Message Board FAQs in nature.

Web Application
LMS or learning management system, which stands by e-Learning Management System as a hub of communication and determine the order of the lesson content. Then sent via computer to the network. Including process control, evaluation of each lesson and provides support for the LMS study would start from when the course of learning to learn the lessons start. The system will start. The lessons sent through the network computer. A network of Internet Corporate intranet or network of computers or other network to the Web browser display of learning from the learner will learn by themselves. And will track and record progress. And to report activities. And results of the study in all units of study carefully. Until the course.

Communication, many of the obstacles to avoid or how to improve the communications for effective that should focus to communicate the benefits of achieving the objectives of the message and satisfaction of both parties.

Communication Breakdown
If the communications made with flow communication, it will be achieved by who want to send a message but if communication is not successful or have obstacles that will cause the loss or interpretation in the incorrect by general communication problems often is Mechanical Noise and Semantic Noise. Mechanical Noise is own obstacles in the media such as print books not clearly, the picture does not clearly distinct images of misty noise. Semantic Noise Obstacles that arise from the use of language. The use of ambiguous terms not clearly listening undecipherable language idiom difficult to understand. Interpret the cause errors.
